Its been 7months ( 8 months March 5th) that I have been breastfeeding!! My goal is to get to a year and so far so good, i can definitely say that I am blessed. This experience has been so enjoyable for both of us. Some of the things that helped the most have been; just listening to my body, when Im hungry I eat ,when Im thirsty I drink ect. I make sure that I drink a lot of water and I am a member of the Le Leche league, which is really nice to have support from other breastfeeding moms who know the importance of breastfeeding, all my questions are answered and there are a lot of helpful tips, books and facts on the forums.
I haven't had any problems with my milk supply so far but to avoid any chance I looked up some natural things that I can do to help increase my supply....
